In 2016 TrainingIndustry.com launched a redesign of their corporate training content hub. I managed the relationship between the creative and marketing teams and development. After launch of the redesign, which included a new CMS migration (from Umbraco to WordPress), I managed the development backlog and budgeted hours for the project as updates and bug fixes were needed.
The updated website resulted in a steady increase in traffic, bringing unique monthly visitors up by 10% over the course of 6 months.
